The development is located on a full block in Seattle’s CBD, in the center of the Denny Triangle, a rapidly growing area is the crossroads between the Westlake retail core to the southwest, the emerging South Lake Union technology and residential neighborhood to the north, and Capitol Hill to the east.
The project includes two office towers of 28 & 13 stories with terraced green roofs. Conceived as an architectural landmark and anchor development for Denny Triangle, the project draws inspiration from the neighboring sail boats of Lake Union. The iconic South Tower is wrapped in vales of glass, providing a striking profile and wind protection to the green roof terraces. These roof gardens will provide spectacular protected views of the city skyline to the south and west, Capitol Hill to the east and Lake Union to the north. The terraces harvest rainwater, capitalize on territorial views and are accesible to the public.
